Why does the club exist? ­­

The University of Toronto Web Startup Society aims to help students to find other student programmers, designers, or entrepreneurs who want to build great things on the web. View our history if you would like to know more.

It provides an engaging platform in which members can come together to hone their presentation skills, design projects that have potential start-up status, and promote their ideas to established and successful companies and investors.

How do we achieve that goal?

1) DemoCampUofT  – showcase the talents of students.

2) Startup Jobs Fair – connects students with Startup Companies.

3) Social Events – An opportunity to expand your network, or even brainstorm an idea.
